Core Clash: Free Top-Down Arena Shooter

Core Clash is a fast top-down arena shooter built for quick matches: WASD to move, mouse to aim, click to shoot, Space to dash. Pick one of five loadout archetypes (Assault, Runner, Tank, Scout, Support), fight 4v4 team deathmatch on the Reactor arena, and control the map with medkits, ammo and armor pickups. Practice vs bots is live now; online 4v4 queues and the Core Control objective mode are next. Free, instant, no login.

How to play Core Clash

  1. Pick an archetype: each pairs a primary weapon with a secondary and its own perk.
  2. Move with WASD and aim with the mouse; hold left click to fire.
  3. Press Space to dash: it crosses crates and dodges bursts, on a short cooldown.
  4. Reload with R before a fight, not during one; running fully dry auto-swaps to your secondary.
  5. Grab medkits, ammo and armor plates around the arena to win the war of attrition.
  6. First team to 30 eliminations (or the higher score at five minutes) wins.

Frequently asked questions

Is Core Clash multiplayer?+

Right now you play 4v4 with and against bots while the online queues are being built. Online team deathmatch and the Core Control ranked mode are the next updates.

What do the archetypes change?+

Your primary weapon, secondary, and one light perk (Runner dashes more often, Tank has extra plating but moves slower, Scout dashes further). Everyone has the same buttons: no pay-to-win, no stat unlocks.

Is Core Clash free?+

Yes, completely free in your browser with no download and no login.

What are the controls?+
