A challenge is a template plus your game’s own content. Each template declares the categories it needs, for example a weapon and a map, and it is only offered for a game that has both. The blanks are then filled from that game’s real library: a named boss for Elden Ring, a named agent and map for Valorant, a named weapon or stratagem for Helldivers 2. That is the whole trick, and it is why a rolled challenge reads like something a player would actually say rather than a generic dare.
The pool behind it is 369 hand-written game-specific templates across 115 games, on top of shared genre pools for FPS, battle royale, MOBA, MMO, fighting, racing, soulslike, survival and more, all drawing on 8,480 named entries.
Difficulty is a real dial, not a label. Easy asks for one clean objective you can clear in a session. Medium adds a single restriction: a forced pick, a banned tool, a target you did not choose. Hard stacks restrictions until they change how you have to play the match. Insane is the no-hit, no-heal, single-item tier that you are expected to fail a few times first. Each challenge is assembled from the chosen game’s real characters, weapons, maps and bosses, so it always makes sense for that game. Pick a difficulty or leave it on “Any”.
Easy challenges are quick warm-ups; Medium and Hard ramp up the restriction; Insane challenges are no-hit, no-heal or single-item runs for experts.
