Arena Season 1
Skill ratings across 7 Arena games. Play 5 placements per game to earn a tier; place in 3 games and your Overall Arena Rank unlocks. Ranked is account-only, server-scored, and bot-free. The reflex duels (Typing, Reaction, Memory) are casual-only for now; their ranked queues come later.
Everyone starts at 1200. Ratings move with Elo after every rated match: beat stronger opponents to climb faster. Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond carry three divisions each (III → I); Master, Grandmaster and Legend stand alone.
Play 5 ranked matches in a game to finish placements. Your rating moves from the first match; your tier shows once you're placed.
Every ranked win, loss or draw moves your Elo rating. Resigning, timing out or disconnecting past the grace counts as a loss.
Place in 3+ games to unlock your Overall Arena Rank, the average of your top 3 ratings. Season-end ranks are snapshotted for keeps.
