Difficulty scales the restriction rather than the wording: easy asks for one clean objective, medium and hard lock you out of your comfort picks, and insane stacks no-hit, no-heal and single-item rules on top. Terraria's pool holds 1 easy, 4 medium, 2 hard and 2 insane templates. Between the templates and the content they draw from, the generator can build 370+ distinct Terraria challenges.
