The randomizer only offers what Deadlock actually has: 38 Heroes, 18 Items, 4 Modes and 10 Objectives. Every entry below is in the pool, and this is the full list, not a sample.

Each roll gives all 18 Items an equal 1 in 18 chance.

Yes. Every entry in a category has the same chance, with no weighting by pick rate, tier list or popularity. Rolling 3, 5 or 10 at once draws each result independently, so the same hero can come up twice.
